Shipping Information

At Franimagen, many of our products are made to order through trusted production and fulfillment partners. This means each item is created specifically for the customer after the order is placed.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 7 business days after the order is placed.

Processing time may vary depending on the product, order size, product availability, holidays, high-demand seasons, or unexpected production delays.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship across the United States using trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available carriers, depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment process.

Estimated domestic delivery time is typically 2 to 8 business days after shipment.

Shipping times may vary depending on the product, carrier, destination, holidays, weather conditions, delivery volume, and other circumstances outside of our direct control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.

International Shipping

At this time, Franimagen primarily focuses on orders within the United States.

If international shipping is available at checkout, estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs, and shipping method selected.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply.

Delivery Notes

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

With certain shipping methods, domestic orders may occasionally be delivered to a nearby post office, parcel locker, mailroom, or package pickup location instead of directly to the recipient’s address.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Franimagen is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or not delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to request an address update before the order enters production or shipment, but address changes are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, address changes may no longer be possible.

If a package is returned or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer-related issue, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order or placing a new order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Franimagen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, package theft after confirmed delivery, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking information provided.

You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help review the situation when applicable.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a manufacturing or printing error, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
