Our Guarantee & Return Policy
At Franimagen, every product is created with care and attention to detail. Many of our items are made to order through trusted production and fulfillment partners. This means that each product is produced specifically for the customer after the order is placed.
Made-to-Order and Personalized Items
Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for customer errors, including but not limited to:
- Wrong size selected
- Wrong color selected
- Incorrect product choice
- Misspelled names or messages
- Incorrect photos uploaded
- Low-quality images submitted by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address
- Change of mind after placing the order
Please review all product options, personalization details, photos, spelling, sizes, colors, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a manufacturing or printing error, we will help resolve the issue.
You must contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your package and provide clear photos showing the issue. When possible, please also include photos of the packaging.

Once we receive your request, we will review the information and submit the claim to our production and fulfillment partner when applicable.
If the claim is approved, a replacement or refund may be offered according to the applicable production and fulfillment policy.
In most approved cases involving damage or manufacturing errors, the customer is not required to return the damaged product.
Multiple Damaged Items
If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, we may request an additional photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame for confirmation.
Shipping Issues and Failed Delivery
Franimagen is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside of our control.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, a replacement may require an additional charge, or a partial refund may be offered when applicable.
Minor Print Placement Variations
For printed apparel and similar products, minor variations in print placement may occur during production. Small placement differences within normal production tolerance are not considered defects.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only within the first 12 hours after purchase, as long as the order has not entered the design, production, printing, or fulfillment process.
Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are only processed when the issue qualifies under our policy and the applicable production and fulfillment claim process is approved.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, and review process.
